The phenomenon is spreading :D

Ok so I looked up on the net to see what other kinds of "Church sign pictures" I could find. I found two good sites about the phenomenon. The first is a short article about the growing popularity of it. Signs From God: The curious history of church marquees. Included there were links to two other sites. One with many great Church Signs examples. Another link lead to a page with an example of a humorous "Church sign smackdown" that was generated through a computer program. And yet another great result of the church sign generator is one I received in an e-mail some time ago. The classic "All dogs go to Heaven" smack down. You could even by a book full of them "Church signs across America". :p Almost makes my blog kind of pointless now huh. LOL ;) But I'll keep posting anyways.

Sage Summer Suggestions

Of course normally in the summer time we know to stay in doors as much as possible to prevent too much exposure from the SUN and getting that lovely shade of red, itchy, peeling skin. But when it comes to our faith, frame of mind, and walk in life we must go with a different approach. Then of course there is that heat factor during the summer months. Whether it's a dry heat or a swampy humid sauna, the heat can really suck the life out of us if we're not careful and prepared. Because, well, there really are hotter places than here. And to better understand why it's best to stay out of that other place, we must understand that... So in the end let us focus on we must do... ...make our plans by living for God.
